We are a tuition-based program. Meaning that all full-time students have 2 waived vacation/sick weeks per year. If the child is out sick or on vacation for a week, we can waive their tuition. The request must be submitted to the financial department. It will only be approved if your child did not attend at all for the week requested. All families are obligated to pay their tuition on a weekly basis.
-
Part-time students are able to make up any days missed by submitting a request to the financial department. They are not eligible for the tuition waive and are obligated to pay their tuition every week.
-
A two-week notice of withdrawal is required to cease your financial obligation. Meaning, you will still be financially responsible for 2 weeks after submitting your withdrawal letter.
-
Please submit your withdrawal letter to the financial department.
-
There is a $10 per day late fee, weekly tuition is due on Friday prior to the upcoming week, and monthly tuition is due the first Monday of the month.
